For over 20 years, I’ve been passionate about fitness and wellbeing. My extensive education journey has led me to develop a bespoke approach to assessing clients' needs and designing remedial programs to help them take charge of their wellbeing. My goal is to help clients move freely and without pain. For those with chronic pain, I aim to reduce it and improve their quality of life.
I’m a personal trainer, group exercise coach and corrective exercise specialist with experience in various healing modalities, including biodynamic craniosacral therapy, sports massage, and active isolated stretching. I work from our home gym and treatment room in the tranquil village of Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire.
